The article deals with the case of successful immediate removal of the metastatic neck lymph node conglomerate and carotid endarterectomy for radioinduced stenosis. The operation was performed using methods of cerebral circulation monitoring. Indications for such treatment tactics selection and technical aspects of surgery are discussed.
