Endocrine ophthalmopathy is one of the most common complications of Graves’ disease. This condition is characterized by an inflammatory process in the retrobulbar tissue and visual disorders. In some cases, patients require surgical intervention, which involves decompression of the bony orbital walls and correction of aesthetic deformities.
