Many of the medical drugs have a number of side effects, but since the beginning of the XXI century there has been an unprecedented increase in cases of the facial bones osteonecrosis resulting from treatment with various drugs that affect bone remodeling. The article presents a clinical case of combined osteonecrosis and multiple myeloma of the upper jaw in patient receiving systemic denosumab therapy. Surgical treatment was performed in the volume of block resection of the left upper jaw. Primary healing occurred after surgery without any complications. During follow-up at 3, 6, 9, 12 months after surgery, new areas of exposure of bone tissue were absent.
