Cicatricial stenosis of larynx and trachea is not a common pathology, but requires special attention due to the dangerous nature of this diagnosis. At the moment, many surgical treatment options exist for this pathology. The preferred operation for the 4th stage stenosis of trachea is circular resection of the trachea. This clinical case is of particular interest due to the length of stenotic lesion in this child and the peculiarities of the postoperative period.
